The guide is a digital download (PDF). Checkout and payment are handled by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the seller of record. This page sets out the voluntary refund and the statutory withdrawal right for consumers in the EU.

If the guide does not help you, you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Email ac.media.grafik@gmail.com with your receipt. No reason is required. The refund is sent back to the original payment method.

This voluntary guarantee does not replace the statutory right below. It adds to it.

Right of withdrawal for EU consumers

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you conclude the contract.

To exercise the right, tell us of your decision by a clear statement, for example an email to ac.media.grafik@gmail.com. You can also use the sample form below. Sending the notice before the period ends is enough.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we refund all payments received from you for this purchase without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day we are informed. We use the same means of payment you used, unless we agree otherwise. You will not be charged a fee for the refund.

Early expiry for digital content

For digital content that is not supplied on a physical medium, the right of withdrawal expires early if you expressly consent to delivery starting before the end of the 14-day period and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Lemon Squeezy asks for that consent at checkout before the download starts. If you have already consented and downloaded the file, the statutory 14-day right may already have ended. The voluntary 30-day guarantee above still applies.
